The association

The Luiss Finance Club is a university association entirely managed by Luiss Guido Carli students . The goal is to reduce the gap between the academic and professional worlds to provide opportunities to Luiss students.

Our events both in the university and off-campus are aimed at training and acquiring the skills needed to successfully enter the job market. In addition to the core department, Finance, the association has created Luxury and Consulting Club, to give a more complete vision of potential job opportunities and to develop a greater number of projects with the aim of satisfying all the needs of the members. LFC is a constantly evolving reality, catalyst of synergies and developer of a network that is increasingly attentive to market demands.

LFC Organizational

LFC is an association managed by Luiss students, therefore a generational change is essential to increasingly broaden horizons and guarantee continuity to the intent of Luiss University.

Every year and starting this year every semester we open the call to welcome into our organization all willing people characterized by a great curiosity and desire to learn. Through the LFC organization we help students to develop numerous skills and to mature an awareness of their potential to enter the job market successfully .


By becoming members of the organization, students will have the opportunity to participate in the organization and realization of all LFC events.



Being part of the organization means
growing in a team ready to relate to numerous realities, from companies to national and international institutions to sensitize the new generations to the current challenges and selection processes in the various work environments.

How to join the LFC organization

To join LFC as a member, you must send an application when the announcements for positions in the organization are opened. After passing an interview with the members of LFC and the Directors of the Area for which you are applying, you will enter the organization in all respects. Once you have entered the organization, students are required to maintain a proactive and proactive attitude, taking on responsibilities proportional to their role.

Areas and Sections of the LFC Organization

The LFC organization is divided into the following departments : Finance , Luxury , Consulting . There are positions available for analysts and others for specialists. It should be noted that the role of specialist is assigned to those who have greater experience gained within the same association or in other highly formative contexts. The role of analyst is assigned to those who do not have experience but are willing and determined to grow with the LFC association.

Within the Areas previously mentioned there are sections that correspond to the different roles within the association. To ensure the realization of the projects it is of fundamental importance to form a mixed team with respect to the sections.

The sections are as follows:

Marketing & Communication : Promotion of the Association’s activities and projects and involvement of members, management of the social strategy and related content creation on our platforms (such as Instagram and LinkedIn). It is the direct point of contact with members.

Logistics & Operations: Logistics organization of LFC events including webinars, conferences, company visits and business programs. Carrying out the daily operational activities of the club and managing its primary functions. Manages, together with our corporate partners, the programming and material execution of the projects in which we are involved.

Press: Development and publication of content related to the club’s areas sectors (Finance, Consulting, Luxury), including research and analysis articles, interviews to report current events, events organized by the association and professional successes achieved by LFC members.

Information Technology: This innovative division of the club has a particular focus on the technological field. It deals with designing and implementing IT solutions to improve the services offered by the Association and to take care of the interaction with the members through digital services. Furthermore, it is concerned with the maintenance and development of our proprietary website and our related institutional image.

Membership: Management of the associate network and registration of new LFC members, supervision of the staff selection process and the inclusion of new members of the organization.

Business Development: Identification and contact of potential collaborations aimed at expanding the network, development of internal synergies and with external collaborations, initial development and supervision of new Club projects, business support and business intelligence tasks.
