Where Spanish savoir-faire meets French legacy, “LOEWE x Hennessy: Paradis Café” is more than a collaboration—it’s an olfactory and aesthetic symphony set to awaken all five senses. Premiered during Salone del Mobile 2025 in Milan, this partnership marks a poetic encounter between Jonathan Anderson’s modern romanticism and Hennessy’s centuries-old mastery of eaux-de-vie.
At the heart of this union lies Paradis Café, a multisensory installation that blurs the lines between fragrance, flavor, and form. Anderson, LOEWE’s creative director, has long admired the quiet opulence of Hennessy Paradis—an ultra-rare cognac known for its silky depth and amber brilliance. His vision? To distill the spirit of Paradis into a dreamlike café experience where each detail—from scent to space—tells a story.
LOEWE brings its botanical expertise and tactile sensibility to the table—literally. The installation features bespoke ceramic vessels inspired by the house’s iconic home scents, designed to diffuse not just aroma, but emotion. Each table is set with sculptural decanters, leather-wrapped menus, and glassware echoing LOEWE’s artisanal codes.
In turn, Hennessy crafts a tasting ritual that’s anything but traditional. Paradis is served not just to be sipped, but savored in tune with curated scent pairings from LOEWE’s fragrance line—”Ivy, Beetroot”, and “Liquorice”—each selected to heighten the notes of the cognac and stir unexpected memories. This isn’t just a drink; it’s an invitation to linger.
Standout elements include the Ambrosia Tray, a handcrafted centerpiece that marries LOEWE’s organic textures with Hennessy’s liquid gold, and the Olfactory Flight, a trio of scent-cognac pairings choreographed to unfold like acts in a play. The experience crescendos with the unveiling of the limited-edition “LOEWE x Hennessy Paradis Decanter”, a collectible objet d’art that captures the essence of both maisons.
This collaboration isn’t about merging categories—it’s about reimagining rituals. For Anderson, Paradis Café is a meditation on time, taste, and the intimate luxury of slowing down. “It’s not about more,” he said. “It’s about deep.”
With “LOEWE x Hennessy: Paradis Café”, the boundaries between fragrance and flavor dissolve, leaving behind a lingering trace of artistry. As the design world flocks to Milan, one thing is clear: this isn’t just a partnership—it’s a new paradigm in sensory storytelling.
